Returning policy

Once you have received an order, please review your purchase; If your items have been damaged, please let us know immediately and we will try to fix it as soon as possible.
If for any reason you wish to return an item, you have 14 days to request the return of any unused product for a refund. A product will be considered used if the security sticker has been altered, opened, torn or moved. Once the sticker is opened, the product cannot be returned for a refund.
Please note that in order to be eligible for a refund, any gift received with your purchase must be returned in perfect condition along with the product you wish to return. In case of not returning the gift for purchase, its value will be deducted from the final refund.

If you wish to return any item, contact us at info@yunella.com and we will indicate the steps to follow to make the return. We will schedule a collection as long as no more than 14 days have elapsed since we received your order.

For the return, make sure that the package is well sealed to avoid loss or damage to the products during the journey back to the Yunella offices.

Once the returned product has arrived at our facilities, our team will verify that the conditions are met to proceed with the refund. You will receive an email confirming that the return has been processed and that, in the next few days, you will receive the refund through the same payment method used for the purchase. In any case, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of the products at our facilities.

If, for any reason, any of the conditions necessary for the return of the product is not met, our customer service team will contact you to indicate the next steps to follow.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
